We are seeking an experienced, safety-conscious, and highly skilled Tower Crane Operator to join our construction team for a minimum 3-year project in SeaTac, Washington. The selected candidate will play a critical role in the success of large-scale residential and commercial construction projects, safely and efficiently lifting, moving, and positioning heavy materials such as steel, concrete, and equipment. This role requires advanced technical proficiency, strong teamwork skills, and adherence to safety protocols at all times.

You will work in coordination with the lift director, signalers, and other construction crews to ensure all loads are safely delivered to their intended positions, helping to maintain the efficiency of the overall construction operation. Your expertise will contribute to the timely and safe completion of a multi-year project, helping shape SeaTac’s growing urban landscape.

Qualifications:

Licensing & Certification: Must hold a current Tower Crane Operator certification (NCCCO or equivalent), in good standing. Applicants must also hold a valid driver’s license.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a certified tower crane operator, with a proven track record of operating cranes on large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.

We are seeking an experienced Tower Crane Lift Director to join our construction team for a multi-year project in SeaTac, WA. As the Tower Crane Lift Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the rigging and lifting operations on site, ensuring the safety and efficiency of all crane activities. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and directing all rigging tasks, coordinating with the Tower Crane Operator and other site teams to ensure the safe and effective movement of materials. This position demands expert rigging skills, in-depth knowledge of crane operations, and strong leadership in safety practices.

The ideal candidate is a certified rigger with extensive experience in directing complex lifting operations, especially in large-scale commercial and residential construction environments.

Qualifications:

Certification: Must hold a valid Rigger certification (NCCCO or equivalent) and have completed advanced rigging and signaling courses. A Crane Lift Director certification is required. Applicants must also have a valid driver’s license.

Synergy Construction is seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Superintendent to support the construction management team on a large-scale multifamily project in SeaTac, WA. The Assistant Superintendent will assist the Project Superintendent in coordinating daily construction activities, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring that the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of multifamily construction processes, attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.

The ideal candidate is someone with a background in multifamily residential construction who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably within multifamily residential construction projects.
Proven experience with the full construction lifecycle, including foundations, framing, MEP systems, and finishing work.

Technical Expertise:  Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, building codes, and local regulations for multifamily housing.

Proficiency with construction software, including project management tools (Procore), scheduling software (Microsoft Project), and familiarity with Bluebeam or other drawing review programs.

Physical Requirements:  Ability to work on active construction sites, including standing for extended periods, walking across uneven surfaces, and climbing ladders or scaffolding. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing or assisting on large-scale multifamily projects in urban settings.

Familiarity with building codes and regulations specific to the Pacific Northwest and the SeaTac area.

OSHA 30-hour certification, First Aid, and CPR certification.

This position plays a crucial role in supporting the project management team in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of a large-scale multifamily residential construction project. The Assistant Project Manager will manage various project tasks, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, assist in budgeting, and ensure the project progresses according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure all elements of the project are aligned with the construction schedule.

Budgeting and Cost Control: Support the preparation, tracking, and management of the project budget. Work with the Project Manager to monitor costs, track expenditures, and identify any cost overruns or savings opportunities. Assist in creating and maintaining the construction schedule, tracking progress against key milestones, and adjusting the timeline as necessary. Ensure that any delays are addressed quickly and that project stakeholders are kept informed of schedule changes. Assist with reviewing contracts to ensure they align with project scope, budget, and timeline. Manage and track contract modifications, change orders, and potential claims. Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.Identify potential challenges during the construction process and work with the Project Manager to develop solutions. Troubleshoot issues related to materials, scheduling, or subcontractor performance to keep the project on track. Escalate unresolved issues to the Project Manager for resolution. Ensure that all work performed on the project meets the company’s quality standards and complies with relevant building codes and regulations. Conduct regular inspections to verify that construction is proceeding according to the project plans and specifications. Support the Project Manager in maintaining clear communication with the client, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Ensure that all parties are updated on project progress, upcoming activities, and any potential changes or concerns. Assist in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Ensure that all project activities adhere to company safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Support safety audits and collaborate with the field team to address any safety concerns promptly. Assist in evaluating, processing, and managing change orders, including tracking and documenting any changes to the project’s scope, schedule, or budget. Communicate any necessary adjustments to all stakeholders and ensure proper authorization and approval.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction management, project engineering, or a related role, with a strong background in multifamily residential projects.
Solid understanding of construction methods, contracts, and financial management.

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
