Construction of 237 new housing units in 10 separate structures along with two four-story concrete parking garages. Seven of the buildings are steel framed and three are wood framed. This is phase one of a projected five phase development that will includes 1000 apartments, 50,000 square feet of commercial space, and improvements to the roadway, stream and trail.
