New construction of six levels of affordable workforce housing over one level of parking, totaling 57 units. 12 of the units are reserved for homeless families, eight units for veterans and three units for families with children having developmental disabilities. Built on a tight infill site in the heart of Downtown Bellevue. The funding for this project included low income housing tax credits, federal AHP, and the state housing trust funds.



This project consists of a new branch library with structured parking below, surface parking and associated site development. The main library level is approximately 12,500 square feet and includes book stack areas, reading room, children’s area, meeting room, restrooms, workroom, office, staff break and restroom, storage, study areas and an exterior plaza space.
