with urban infill development to bring new housing to downtown Seattle.

Community Scale & Design

The preliminary concept includes approximately
165 residences, with a mix of
studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. A 12-story modular
residential structure is planned above a five-story podium incorporating
parking and supporting building functions.

Services & Leadership

Synergy Construction & Development
provides development services encompassing feasibility analysis, design
and consultant coordination, entitlement strategy, budgeting, and
construction planning. Working with
Rex Modular, the team will integrate
modular manufacturing requirements into the overall development and
delivery strategy.
