Summary

Rainier Landing is a transit-oriented master-planned community located in the heart of SeaTac’s Angle Lake District. Redeveloped from a 6-acre light industrial site, the project reimagines underutilized land into a vibrant, high-density residential destination just steps from the Angle Lake Light Rail Station. Designed with long-term market alignment in mind, the community balances urban accessibility with elevated residential living.

Community Scale & Design

The development consists of two residential buildings totaling 726 luxury apartment homes. Residents will enjoy expansive views of Puget Sound, the Cascade and Olympic Mountains, and Mount Rainier.

The site plan integrates:

  • A private internal community drive
  • Open-air pickleball courts
  • Dedicated dog walk areas
  • Landscaped courtyards and gathering spaces

Interior amenity spaces include modern fitness facilities, work-from-home lounges, gaming rooms, social spaces, and entertainment areas — all curated to support contemporary living and community engagement.

Synergy Construction & Development serves in multiple leadership roles for the project, including:

From entitlement and design through permitting, construction, and stabilization, Synergy provides full lifecycle project oversight. Acting as a turnkey advocate for ownership, the team leads coordination with the City of SeaTac and community stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Timeline

  • Phase I includes 355 apartment homes and is currently under construction, with an anticipated opening in Q4 2026
  • The full two-building community is projected to reach completion in Q3 2028
