A development of an existing 2.3 acre single-family home site owned by the Mental Health Housing Foundation. The site was short-platted for the addition of seven three-bedroom cottages adjacent to the existing group home. New site access and a private road were designed. A community room and manager’s apartment are located in the existing house.An outside garden court serves as a common area. The houses overlook an on-site wetland to the east. Native landscaping has been used to enhance the entire site.



This project consists of a new branch library with structured parking below, surface parking and associated site development. The main library level is approximately 12,500 square feet and includes book stack areas, reading room, children’s area, meeting room, restrooms, workroom, office, staff break and restroom, storage, study areas and an exterior plaza space.
