with approximately 250–290 homes,
depending on participation in the Living Building Pilot Program.

Services & Leadership

Synergy Construction & Development
provides development services encompassing feasibility analysis, program
evaluation, design and consultant coordination, entitlement strategy,
and construction cost planning. The team will help ownership evaluate
development options and advance a coordinated plan for execution.
