Twin Lakes Square
Summary
Twin Lakes Square is a Master Plan community of diverse developments in the fast-growing city of Marysville. Located adjacent to the Gissberg Twin Lakes park and recreation area, the project will provide for the needs of the area employment base, support the quality of life of local workforce and their families, and provide attractive community homes, shopping and amenities.
Synergy worked with ownership to develop a Master Plan for the project with the local jurisdiction. The project comprises three phases. Synergy performed grading work and utility extensions to allow for construction of 337 single family homes for Phase I across 30+ acres. Phase II will consist of 144 garden-style apartment units, along with 12,000 square feet of retail. Phase III will consist of 168 garden-style apartments, 12,000 square feet of retail, and a 120-room hotel.
