Located in the growing suburb of East Wenatchee in Washington State, this project comprises 272 market-rate apartment units across nine buildings, with beautiful views of the Cascade mountain range and overlooking the Wenatchee river.

Synergy’s development team worked with Ownership to locate, vet, and procure an assemblage of properties for a development site that satisfied client goals, and worked with the local jurisdiction to permit the project. The project has been designed to be constructed in phases, allowing for absorption of units as they become available.
